Morgan Foery

Morgan is a designer and content creator who grew up in Annapolis, Maryland.  Before joining BAYDOG, Morgan was a freelance artist and ran a lifestyle and dog blog.  She is passionate about branding and creating meaningful content (while showing off the adorable dogs behind BAYDOG).

Morgan is a graduate from the University of Maryland, College Park where she developed her own program in Design & Merchandising. In her free time, Morgan can be found on her boat with her Goldendoodle, Captain, or painting by the water.

Chief Barketing Officer

Walter is a white Labrador Retriever who was born on a farm in Georgia. He currently serves as the Chief Barketing Officer at BAYDOG, as well as Manager of the Treats and Chew-Toys Division.

Prior to BAYDOG Walter spent most of his time sleeping, chasing pigeons and searching for street pizza on walks around the streets of his hometown, Annapolis.  He earned his BA in Basic Obedience Studies from K9 State University, and has masters degrees in cuteness and fetching.  He is an accomplished swimmer, and enjoys bully sticks, belly rubs, and drinking from the toilet (bad Walter!).  his favorite BAYDOG product is the Frisco Bay Treat Pouch -for obvious reasons!

Paw-blic Relations

It is hard to believe this handsome fellow was found walking the streets as a stray with his sister Cali, but it’s true.  This kind English Setter mix is always happy to go on a car ride, hiking adventure, or play a game of fetch. With soulful eyes, Muppet-like feet and a great big smile there will be no doubt Fletcher is happy to see you.

He currently acts as BAYDOG’s Head of Paw-blic Relations, as well as Dog Snuggling Supervisor.  Fletcher also performs quality control checks on treats and balls for BAYDOG treat pouches.  With his enthusiasm for fetching sticks, he hopes to someday become Branch Manager.  Fletcher’s favorite BAYDOG product is the Chesapeake Harness for its comfort, support, and sporty looks!

CTO (Chief Tail-Wagging Officer)

Nothing happens in the office without Miss Cali being involved.  She is sunshine on paws and will be the first to happily bounce over to say “hello.” But don’t let the adorable freckles and sunny personality fool you…  She’s all business and holds her own at the dog park!

Cali graduated magna cum woof from Dogstown State where she was president of her Sorority; Pup, Alpha, Wag (PAW).  She loves her brother Fletcher, as long as he doesn’t get more attention than she does.  Cali is an avid bug collector…  If it crawls, buzzes, or flies you can bet she will try to eat it!

Head of Mess Development

Captain is a 2 year-old Goldendoodle from Alabama.  He currently works as the Head of Mess Development at BAYDOG.  His favorite job task is pulling every toy out of the toy bin to find the perfect one to play with.  After work, he can be found checking his Instagram, monitoring his quest to become known as the World’s Cutest Goldendoodle.

In his free time, Captain loves to sit on the porch, give hugs, and go swimming.  As an avid boater he definitely lives up to his name “Captain,” even if he is often demoted to First Mate out on the water.

Head of Cuteness

Charlie, the newest member of the BAYDOG Team, is a Labrador Retriever puppy who was born on an Alpaca farm in Florida.  While Charlie loves exploring local dog beaches, he also likes to burn off a very healthy dosage of happy playful puppy energy running circles in the backyard.  With a desire for curious exploration, he loves to tear things apart and inspect every nook and cranny.

As the Head of Cuteness, Charlie’s job involves, well…  Just being adorable!  And he’s very good at his job.  When he isn’t taking power naps, Charlie finds himself daydreaming of sailing on the ocean, prancing through rivers and streams, and one day jumping into the Chesapeake Bay.
