Buoy ball excellent customer service

The rope ends came apart after 3-4 tosses. I don’t play tug of war with my dogs toys.
I am so impressed with this company. They are replacing the toy for me. They sell mainly to brick and mortar shops but do sell on their website only.

A little sad about this one

I was very excited to see this one! I have a retriever who loves her ball but I was surprised & a little disappointed that the balls were not thicker - I am afraid that the ball will be destroyed by a chewer that I have in the house so I can't leave this down for them to play with. We play with it from time to time, but only if I am there to watch - it makes a good go fetch and retrieve toy
