We currently only ship to the US via USPS and do not ship internationally except on a case-by-case basis.
We strive to process and ship orders within one to two business days. All delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. We do not ship on non-business days or holiday.
Free shipping is available for orders over $50. A tracking email will be sent to the email address submitted with the order when the order ships.
In the event you are not satisfied, please contact us at email@example.com. We want you to be happy with your purchase. BAYDOG will gladly accept returns for items that are in new and resalable condition within 60 days from the date of purchase and must include the sales receipt. The items must be new in appearance and free from hair and dirt. Items must be purchased from BAYDOG.com. Items not purchased from BAYDOG.com must be returned to the original place of purchase. We recommend carefully trying on your new BAYDOG products indoors, keeping the packaging intact, before taking outside.
