Shipping, Exchanges & Return Policy

Domestic Shipping

  • BAYDOG currently ships throughout the United States via USPS, FedEx and UPS
  • All orders are shipped from our facility on Kent Island, MD
  • All orders are processed and shipped within one business day (if not same day).
  • A tracking email will be sent to the email address submitted with the order when the order ships.
  • All delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
  • We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
  • Free shipping is available for orders over $50.

Embroidered Collars

  • Please allow 2 extra days for shipping as we have to physically embroider your custom collar
  • If you order more than one item your collar will ship separately
International Shipping
  • We currently do not ship internationally, but will do so on a case-by-case basis.
  • For international orders, please email us at info@baydog.com and write “International Shipment Request” in the subject line.
  • Please include your shipping address and the products you desire to purchase.
  • We will respond in a timely manner with a shipping quote.
  • If you are interested in proceeding we will finalize your order and payment by phone.
Return Policy
  • BAYDOG will gladly accept returns for items that are in new and resalable condition within 30 days from the date of purchase
  • The items must be free from hair and dirt.
  • BAYDOG will only accept returns of Items purchased from BAYDOG.com
  • Items not purchased from BAYDOG.com must be returned to the original place of purchase
Return Process
  • In the event you are not satisfied, please contact us at info@baydog.com and put “Return” in the subject line.
  • Once you request a return we will send you a return shipping label that will conform to the packaging within which you received the item
  • Print the label, attach it to your return, and take it to the appropriate shipper (USPS, FedEx or UPS).
  • Once your return has been received BAYDOG will process a refund through your chosen method of payment
Exchange Policy
To avoid having to do an exchange, please take the time to MEASURE YOUR DOG and consult the appropriate size chart prior to placing your order.
  • BAYDOG will gladly accept exchanges of items that are in new and resalable condition within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • The items must be free from hair and dirt
  • BAYDOG will only accept exchanges of Items purchased from BAYDOG.com
  • Items not purchased from BAYDOG.com must be returned to the original place of purchase.
Exchange Process

  • Once you request an exchange we will send you a return shipping label that will conform to the packaging within which you received the item
  • Print the label, attach it to your rexchange, and take it to the appropriate shipper (USPS, FedEx or UPS).
  • Once your exchanged item has been received BAYDOG will process ship you the new item you have requested.
