My pup was right in the middle of the Medium and Large measurements, so I ordered the Large. It came within the same week, and I was really impressed with the quality and make of the bag!

The Large ended up being just a little too big— BayDog was super responsive and helped me to figure out returning the Large + ordering the Medium in a super quick turnaround time! So excited to be able to use this pack in all of our hiking and backpacking adventures!

Actually saved my dogs life. She is a young dog and walked off the end of a long dock and could not get back onto it by herself. The handle on the back made it easy to haul her up.

This pack fits my dog really well and looks great on her! I especially love that the bags are removable from the harness, as that seems to be a hard to find feature with most packs.

Excellent quality and a great fit

I bought a large for my female GSD and it fits perfectly. I love the way the pack rides directly over the shoulder, keeping the weight off of her back. I bought this to replace an old Ruffwear Palisades. To compare the two, the hardware on the Saranac is much more robust and the pack holds its shape much better. The Saranac bag volume is smaller, but it still holds more than I would ask her to carry. I'm super happy with the quality of this pack!
