Shipping policy
Domestic Shipping
- BAYDOG currently ships throughout the United States via USPS, FedEx and UPS
- All orders are shipped from our facility on Kent Island, MD
- All orders are processed and shipped within one business day (if not same day).
- A tracking email will be sent to the email address submitted with the order when the order ships.
- All delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
- We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
- Free shipping is available for orders on or over $80.01.
Embroidered Collars
- Please allow 2 extra days for shipping as we have to physically embroider your custom collar
- If you order more than one item your collar will ship separately
- We currently do not ship internationally, but will do so on a case-by-case basis.
- For international orders, please email us at info@baydog.com and write “International Shipment Request” in the subject line.
- Please include your shipping address and the products you desire to purchase.
- We will respond in a timely manner with a shipping quote.
- If you are interested in proceeding we will finalize your order and payment by phone.
