The Chesapeake Bay Dog Harness is the perfect blend of comfort, control, and style for your four-legged companion. Crafted with both the dog and owner in mind, this harness is not just an accessory; it's an essential tool for your everyday adventures.

The Chesapeake Dog Harness has lightweight with soft padding that eliminates chafing. Great for medium to large dogs.  Every Chesapeake Bay Harness now features the BAYDOG FIND MY OWNER system, ensuring the safe return of your dog in the event they get lost.

Other features include a padded traffic handle, cushioned breastplate, 3 leash attachment points, reflective stitching, and easy adjustability.  We made the Chesapeake Harness to be the perfect harness for our dogs, and we think it will work great for your dog too.

Remember:  Measure twice, order once!  

• Padded Breast Plate: The Chesapeake Harness features a padded breast plate with a lightweight mesh lining and soft padding that eliminates chafing caused by nylon strap harnesses.

• Attachment Points: Two standard attachment points on top, and a third attachment point on the chest to counter pulling.

• Traffic Handle: Padded handle on top of the harness for ultimate control of your dog when you need it. Great for crowds or lifting them onto your boat!

• Senior Dogs: Great for helping out senior or arthritic dogs that need a little boost getting up stairs, into the car etc.

• Easy on – Easy off: Simply put the front ring over their head and secure the clips in the back!

• Easy Adjustment: Four different adjustment points to ensure a snug yet comfortable fit.

• Reflective Stitching: The straps all feature reflective safety stitching making your dog more visible at night.

• Eight Colors / Four Sizes: Comes in 8 colors (black, blue, green, purple, red, pink, blaze orange and camo). Matches the Hudson Bay Leash and the Frisco Treat Pouch. Available in S, M, L, XL.

Easy to put on!

I just got a new to me dog, she’s 4. I had never tried a harness before, but follow several rescues who use them. I decided to give one a try, found Baydog site and saw they had harness in my favorite color, purple!! It is well made, a beautiful color, easy to put on. Very happy with purchase.

One of the best, if not the best harness we've used for our pup

Our rescue dog is great inside, a model citizen, but has never gotten over the "squirrel" response to some outdoor stimuli Only a matter of time before he breaks the ring on any harness, and that's with a split lead.

This harness is not only lightweight, but padded to be comfortable and not chafe. Looks like new after washing. Lots of features, and more reasonably priced than others than didn't wear is well. No downside

This harness is life changing. I bought one 5 or 6 years ago for my goldendoodle and its still going strong. Just bought another one for my border collie and it really helps with control on walks. She seems much more comfortable too.
