The Chesapeake Dog Harness is lightweight with soft padding that eliminates chafing. Great for medium to large dogs.

Our Chesapeake Dog Harness is a premium Dog Harness For Comfort and Control. It features a padded traffic handle, cushioned breastplate, 3 leash attachment points, reflective stitching, and easy adjustability. This is the best dog harness to keep your dog walking happily by your side!

• Padded Breast Plate: The Chesapeake Harness features a padded breast plate with a lightweight mesh lining and soft padding that eliminates chafing caused by nylon strap harnesses.

• Attachment Points: Two standard attachment points on top, and a third attachment point on the chest to counter pulling.

• Traffic Handle: Padded handle on top of the harness for ultimate control of your dog when you need it. Great for crowds or lifting them onto your boat!

• Senior Dogs: Great for helping out senior or arthritic dogs that need a little boost getting up stairs, into the car etc.

• Easy on – Easy off: Simply put the front ring over their head and secure the clips in the back!

• Easy Adjustment: Four different adjustment points to ensure a snug yet comfortable fit.

• Reflective Stitching: The straps all feature reflective safety stitching making your dog more visible at night.

Bay Dog Harness

These are the best dog harnesses. They were recommended to me by another dog owner. I bought them for my Ridgeback Ella who sadly passed in February. I bought a set of two for my two Black Mouth Cur puppies, Ella and Emma. I bought one for a friend and his dog. These are just great harnesses, great material, classy looking, easy on the dogs. I highly recommend them.

the best dog boating harness

This is is a very well-made and sturdy harness. The reflective stitching is bright, the chest panel is well-sized, and I love having three connection rings so we can walk without pulling and also tether in the cockpit of our sailboat. The handle on the back also ensures we have a place to assist (or grab) when boarding the boat or the dingy.

This was an upgrade from a CBDH size small. The strap size was perfect for her ~23” chest but unfortunately the cushion was bigger than we’d like for frictionless walking. Given a 5 because the small has served us well for years. The quality is great. So I’m sad it didn’t fit. But my dog has always been an odd in-between size that’s made for tricky fits :)
